Overall Goal: Restrategizing right now - while preparing for a comeback at the NPC USA's I went beyond the limits, inflicting too much acute trauma so now I have to take some time off from heavy lifting.
Fit Status:
Recovering from emergency surgery as I had to have a hematoma immediately removed from my left pec.
My Grandfather was a strongman and bodybuilder so it's in my blood. I began a daily exercise regimen at the age of 3, started competing in track & field and training with bricks & steel pipes at 7, at 10 years old started martial arts training, distance running and had built up to doing 1000 sit ups and push ups daily in addition to my regular exercises.
Why I Love It:
Hard, traumatic training makes me feel alive and more human than human. It's what I was born and bred to do.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying in touch with other BodySpace members.
BB Accomplishments:
I won my first NPC show in 1995 and won my last NPC show in 2003. However the major accomplishment has been helping friends and individuals with drive and willingness to accept punishment get to the stage and do well.

hey bro wat's up? how many alomonds u eat in a day? for flat chest wat type of work out i shud do? eating lots of bananas increase body fats and shud i avoid eating them? is there any vegetarian food which has good amount of protein that u recommend for body building?
