Overall Goal: Right now just taking it easy with training through the holidays with just one 2-3 hour workout per day sipping 8-BETA ANABOL the entire time. Going to let my weight get up to @200 before tapering back.
Fit Status:
Last month ran 13.1 Fort Lauderdale Half-Marathon in 1:29:53, took 45th out of 2000 runners.
My Grandfather was a strongman and bodybuilder so it's in my blood. I began a daily exercise regimen at the age of 3, started competing in track & field and training with bricks & steel pipes at 7, at 10 years old started martial arts training, distance running and had built up to doing 1000 sit ups and push ups daily in addition to my regular exercises.

Discovering new ways to take the mind and body to a higher level.

I won my first NPC show in 1995 and won my last NPC show in 2003.

Description: 11.15.09 Finished 13.1 Fort Lauderdale Half-Marathon in 1:29:53, finished 45 out of 2000 runners, averaging 8.8 MPH for 90 minutes.
I took a one of my most wicked supplement stacks before race which helped me to feel very good through the first 10K (40:16) and run strong & hard through 10 miles (1:06:23) before I started to fade and hit the wall at 11 miles. Last two miles were brutal but I was able to muscle it out and achieve the goal of breaking 90 minutes.

I was kinda laid up as I could barely walk for a few days. That's a very rare feeling of punishment when you can beat yourself into the ground (literally)hard and long enough to achieve that level of muscle soreness.

hey bro wat's up? how many alomonds u eat in a day? for flat chest wat type of work out i shud do? eating lots of bananas increase body fats and shud i avoid eating them? is there any vegetarian food which has good amount of protein that u recommend for body building?
