Diet part is no problem. it's the cardio that gets me. Bench is coming up nice. Up to 315 now. Cardio is boring to me. Need to find a way to make it fun. Any suggestions?

Well coming from a lovely lady such as yourself I'll take that as a compliment. Thank you. What kind of excercises are you doing to get your abs looking like that. My problem is I'm trying to gain weight without gaining fat at the same time. On top of that trying to define my abs. Any suggestions?

Hi. Is that good or bad? Congrats on the article. That's awesome. You look fantastic. If I can take your abs and put them on my body I'd be a happy person. Not that I'm fat but they are not as flat as they used to be. Good luck on your next show. Let me know how you did.

Well, I liked that for like a week but felt I wasn't getting enough work with it. So I talked to my cousin who is at Miami for Physical Fitness and he said to work a part a day and work it as hard as you can. He said if your not hurting in the am you didn't do enough. He's been in school for this for 10 years so I'll take his word on it. I did it for a week now and so far I like it way more than I thought I would. Anything new w/ you?

Hi. Need some advice from a personal trainer. I weigh 165 now and am solid everywhere but my abs. I want to loose the fat I have left but don't want to loose weight. I actually want to gain another 20. Is there some sort of training program you could suggest to me that would allow me to build mass but get the abs as well. Would greatly appreciate it.

Your doing an awesome job, don't be so down on yourself. Good luck hitting your goals. I'm trying to gain weight but keep the fat off at the same time. I only weight 170 but alot of it is in the gut. Everything else is solid. I know how you feel though but your doin better than I am.

I can see how that would work now that I think about it. Your sweating out a lot of fat but at the same time working loose muscles due to the heat and on top of that gaining muscle in those areas. Sounds great but I don't know if I can handle the heat. Well it's working for you so keep up the good work.

Benjay, It's great you found God and you have conquered your demons. I'm reading a good book called the Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren. It helped me with a lot of things. I think you'd like it. Well, you look great, so keep up the good work and keep your confidence up.

I just started working w/ the yoga ball for abs. I like it but still use the freeweights for everything else. I was not aware there was another type of training for yoga. So you go into a hot room or is that something you just do outside? I can see what your saying about the flexibility aspect. The looser the muscle the more in wants to stretch. Interesting. Let me know how it's done?

Yeah I hear you. It is hard to do. The yoga ball is working well for me on abs. May sound funny but they hit all the target muscles really well. I realized this showing my wife how to do the excersises. I hit a plateau in my traing though. I use the rev. pyramid method. Now I need to try something else but I'm not sure what's best. Any suggestions?

What's up man? Fellow Pittsburgher here. I come from the Carrick area. I'm also a fellow Italian. I basically have the same goals as you. I bench 290 and can curl 135. I want to gain mass and size but also want to loose some mid-section fat. Anything seem to be working for you? My wife bought one of those yoga balls and I tried some of the ab excercises on that and they suprisingly seemed to work. Anything working for you?

Hey man. Figured you might know since you've been lifting for a few years. I'm stuck at a 290 bench for a while now and have read many articles on how to breach a plateau but none are really working. Have you ever been in this situation, and if so what do you suggest I try and do?
