How I Started:
My older brother's been working out for a few years now. Eventually he convinced my parents to buy a gym membership, and took me with him. I've been working out ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of accomplishment every time I leave the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just enjoy working out. I do it not just for the health benefits but for fun.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm one of the strongest lifters in my grade level.

Trying to get as jacked as I can by my senior year.
Goal (Long):
Right now I'm just a freshman in high school. My whole life I've always been a big kid, but I never truly realized my potential until the beginning of the school year (September)when I started working out. I'm not really trying to bulk, (As I've already said, I'm a big kid.) just trying to add muscle and go up in weight. So far it's worked, I currently bench 140 (Repping) and I've put on some good muscle. Once I'm satisfied, I'm going to work on toning and endurance. (But that won't be for a while... several years probably.) I work out every other day, religiously, and many of my off days I do 1-2 hours of cardio and abdominal. I've only missed 3 workouts due to stomach viruses.
