How I Started:
11/9/06 - Finally gained enough confidence in myself to join a gym and do what I have been wanting to do MY WHOLE LIFE.
6/16/07 - I've lost 100 lbs and I am feeling great!!
Why I Love It:
Its a time to get away, no bullshit, no drama, nothing but you and the weight.
How I Stay Motivated:
Everyday I get compliments on how I am changing and I use those compliments as motivation to keep going to the gym to improve myself. I feel great.
BB Accomplishments:
So far I am on goal in my weightloss. 100 Lbs gone so far!!
