It was the best competition I've competed against so far. It was another learning experience and one I'll make sure to improve on. |

I won the LH class but lost the overall to a much bigger and just as conditioned Super Heavyweight. I can't complain, bbing is about muscle and he had me by 40lbs.
I did achieve my goal of winning the state class so I was pleased. |

I worked with a new Nutrition coach and used this as a warm up show. I still kept sodium high even the day of the show and didn't change anything. My goal show was in a week at the SC State show.
I won the LH class and the Overall. It was a surprise and a great experience |

I was flat and again was eating to much. I learned there are no short cuts and there\'s no way around it...you\'ve got to be hungry all the time to get lean. |

I was starved to death and eating to many green beans each day. It was a learning experience. |

I was ready for this one and my conditioning was pretty good for my first time dieting. I learned a lot the week before having spilled over completely and being water logged on stage.
I originally didn't make the first call out and had to fight my way up in the class. I went from not being involved with the original top 5 to placing third. I lost to two more experienced and better competitors. |

It was horrible. I was one of 2 light heavyweights and completely messed up the final two days. I only won because the other guy wasn't in shape. I did not deserve this one. LOL |
