SUNDAY: Rest
MONDAY: Bicycle Sprints/Yard Work
TUESDAY: Rest
WEDNESDAY: 2 Hours / 24hour Fitness Riverside(no Spotter, Medium weights)
THURSDAY: Rest
FRIDAY: 2 Hours / Home GYM (light weights), 1 Hour Swimming Pool.
SATURDAY: Bicycle Long ride / 24 Hour Fitness Orange County (with Spotter Heavy Weights).
