When I was in High school for sports and in the Marine Corp. After I got out of the Military I got married had some kids and let myself go.
When I saw the Movie 300 I was Inspired to get back in shape.
this time its different, Not to pick up Women,not for sports or the Military but for Me,Myself and I.
Why I Love It:
I want to be in the best shape I can be to be a role model for my Kids. OK OK and I like that stare Women Give you when you walk by :)
How I Stay Motivated:
This year I plan to be a 300 Spartan for Halloween. Must be worthy to wear the costume.
BB Accomplishments:
with the help of Isagenix I lost the fat I wanted now its time to Pack on the Muscle!

I know you can get there my friend, just keep chipin away! All things are possible if you believe they are! I used to be a little sickly skeleton, nobody ever thought I'd get where I'm at, but I knew some day I'd get there. If I can do it, you can do it!
