Start of the off-season. 177 pounds in workout clothes. My goal is to bring up the biceps, but I'll still work the triceps too.

Food poisioning hit me hard the past few days. My gut is a little twisted, but I'm back at the weights. Weight is down to 173 in workout clothes. I am pumped from a back workout in this picture. Middle to upper chest will be the priorty area this off-season.
