Food poisioning hit me hard the past few days. My gut is a little twisted, but I'm back at the weights. Weight is down to 173 in workout clothes. I am pumped from a back workout in this picture.
Middle to upper chest will be the priorty area this off-season.

I'll be working hard on bringing up my back this off-season. I'll be paying the most attention to my lower back, but I'll still work everything else.
