My split is Tues-Back, Wed-Chest, Thurs-Legs. 20 minutes cardio before lifting and 30 minutes cardio after lifting. Pick a day. Let me know the details of the gym and I'll be there.

Oat's, rice, quinoa, and sweet potatos are the carbs I watch closely. Vegetables and fruits are in my meal plan, but I don't consider them a real threat if eaten in moderation so I don't count them as my total carbs for the day.

What your carbs should depend on how you operate. My first guess would be try cycling them. 3 low days (100 grams complex carbs), then 1 high day (400 grams complex carbs), then 3 low days (100 grams complex carbs). See if that can get things moving. Stay around 2000 calories on low days and 2500 calories on high days. I don't count vegetable carbs (broccoli, spinach etc.)

Things are going well. I completed my first shave down for the 2010 season and things look on track. Besides that I picked up a girlfriend along the way that is keeping me busy. Congrats with school.
