Hey Joe: The fat loss has slowed down to a crawl but I need to get another 5 to 6 pounds off - I am looking forward to eating more and putting on some lean mass over the Summer.
Your contest pix are excellent, very impressive! Especially dig your front lat spread and side chest pix. You look like you were really into it and enjoying the moment. You have a lot to be proud about, and that sword ROCKS!
Hells ya. I've been at it for two weeks. Bulking, though I haven't really gained any weight. Immediately (2-3 days) after the contest I bumped up to 230 lbs and have been hovering right around there since. Some water, some fat, not really sure what the ratio is, but it was insane. I went from ripped to fatass in like 48 hours. How about you?
Thanks Joe! I think I am 13% right now and dropping about 1% a week - I am gonna drop to about 8% and then start adding some complex carbs and try to add some lean mass.
I've decided to keep growing this year, compete next year when I have made a substantial improvement in my physique. But I'm doing an 8 week cut for summer buffness! If I like what I see, I may still do a comp in september!
Hey congrats buddy!! I took at shower after at the anytimefitness hit the chipole and headed home. I am going to do the show in october, maybe. Try and lean out more, and increase thickness in the legs.
Thanks Joe for the positive, encouraging words - They are appreciated more than you know - I am still trying hard - I guess that counts whether or not there is evidence - ha!
Take care friend and I am sending positive energy for your next competition - I know you will do well.
