A friend ask me to stop over and give him a spot. From that day forward I haven't stopped working out.

This is my final for my cutting diet for the Mr. Minnesota show (May 16th, 2009).
Notes: I’ll change my fish protein sources to pork, steak or chicken on my days off. My vegetables will change often depending on what’s available. This is a 30 gram complex carb...
I like to feel my way through. I'll design my programs to counter weak body parts, but the sets and reps are by instinct. I prefer to think outside of the box.
i just checked mapquest. looks like a 43 min drive! i understand if that alone doesn't work for you, but if you're still down, tuesday doing back would be good. i have my workout break at 2:30 and i usually start 15 min early because i have to be done by 3:15 to shower. i think the gym address and everything is on my bodyspace. let me know what you think.
nice man that would be cool. let me know what your split is like nowadays. i actually get a time scheduled for training during my shift so, depending on the day its either 2 or 2:30pm for an hour. also, you can get a free 7 day pass online so you wouldn't have to pay.
its pretty good. nothing fancy at all. just a simple, cheap, one bedroom. im actually dieting right now to get in a little better shape before i start prep for whatever show i decide to do. what days do you get off again? i have fri, sat off. i was thinking maybe we could train if it would work for you.
hey joe, i just got a job as a personal trainer at lifetime fitness in minneapolis! its a nw suburb (champlin MN), so im sure its a little ways from you but we'll have to train again sometime! Also, i was going to see if you wanted to go to the NPC North Star in Plymouth MN on nov 14. i got a good buddy from MI thats doing it. let me know man!
