This is my final for my cutting diet for the Mr. Minnesota show (May 16th, 2009).
Notes:  I’ll change my fish protein sources to pork, steak or chicken on my days off.  My vegetables will change often depending on what’s available.  This is a 30 gram complex carb...

hey joe, i just got a job as a personal trainer at lifetime fitness in minneapolis! its a nw suburb (champlin MN), so im sure its a little ways from you but we'll have to train again sometime! Also, i was going to see if you wanted to go to the NPC North Star in Plymouth MN on nov 14. i got a good buddy from MI thats doing it. let me know man!

My off season has been going good. I'm up to 221 lbs and have been able to stay above 220 for the last month and a half. I'm going to try and hold this weight till Feb. and then decide if I'm going to do any shows.

i keep my carbs pretty low also whatta u think they should be at if i want to cut down to like 7 or 8 percent i am at 12
