How I Started:
Bascially, I got started to keep healthy and fit. I wasn't into it, to make people look at me. My father past away in 1989 of a massive heart attack. So, I just wanted to stay healthy and keep fit. Back then, I weighed..believe or not 110lbs. So, the more I started working out, the bigger I got! And this is how I look today! Wait til they got a load of me now!! haha!
I'm a very down to earth, genuine, real, easy-going, friendly and a funny person once you get to know me. Basically, everything you read here is who I am in person! Nothing more..nothing less! I'm just being myself..that's all! When it comes to my friends, I wear my heart on my sleeves. My heart is ALWAYS open to my family and friends! As the saying goes, "don't judge a book by it's cover". Because you might be missing out on the important thing, and that's what's inside!!! Most people would assume/perceive this or that about me, based on my appearance. However, if you are the lucky ones who get a chance to know how I really am..you will find I'm an extremely genuine person when it comes to my friends! I would do anything with/for them, no questions asked..within reason, of course!;) If you need further proof, just scroll down after reading this profile, and read my comments that my friends left for me! If that isn't how I really am, then I don't know what is!!! =) All my friends back on Guam simply know me as "Superman"! How I got that nickname, was in the gym..one of my friends told me because I'm so strong and I'm too nice! And the rest is history...
Why I Love It:
I've been working out now for over 18 years!!! And I've come a long way from a skinny, dorky kid at 110lbs! For me, it's a lifestyle, not a hobby! It's part of my daily routine, my way of life!! And the results I get from working out has been amazing! If you would've told me, I would look like this today..I would've never believed it! I'm very blessed and grateful for what I've done..and the friends I've made although the way!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
For me to stay motivated, I came up with the concept of the 3 "D's", Determination, Dedication and Discipline. If you are determined and dedicated enough..you will eventually get to where you wanna be! And the discipline is always the hardest part, but take each day, one day at a time!! The key is to be patient! And good things will happen eventually...
BB Accomplishments:
Oh, I've won a bunch of titles when I started competing in bodybuilding back when I first started in 1992! Today, I just train to live healthier and stay fit! My bodybuilding days are over, plus I never really wanted to compete! I only did it, because I was encouraged by my friends!
Live each day to it's fullest, and just to be healthier! Plus, if I can help motivate or inspire one individual from my accomplishments..then I must be doing something right!

Hey you!! Awesome, yea you should totally check it out. I am hanging in there.. I have 9 weeks to go for the SF then on to the SAC after that.. Built some muscle on my upper body esp my back, which i needed... and shoulders.. Glad about that.. Just working on glutes and conditioning in my legs...
