Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Yes
Why or why not?
So when they don't believe...I prove them wrong.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Never...EVER...Give up. Sounds cheesy..and You've heard it a million times. But its true. You won't regret your decision.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I put up the music to as loud as possible. (Red-Already Over.) I think about everyone that doesn't believe in me. I think about my Goals. Its.. A fire that consumes. A rage that'll never die.
Okie doke! I'll send it to you when I get back to my place, at the grandma's for xmas so I'll try to get it to you by Saturday so you could start Monday if ya want! Merry Christmas!
Ha yes considering your size! But I've been working out with my boyfriend who is also a hard gainer and were doing a 3-month program from Muscle&Fitness Magazine to gain 20 lbs of pure muscle and he started at 134 a month later hes at 142 and you can really tell the difference. So if ya want me to hook ya up with that I sure can. :)
