Joined Gold's when I was 15...been working out OFF and ON since then. 3-6 month breaks between programs have been the killer, amazing how much I can regress over those periods.
Why I Love It:
Not having to worry if KFC's still open.
How I Stay Motivated:
-- Have you ever been on this site?? Seriously have avoided cheating at times b/c of my friends here.
-- Reading Art De Vany's blog. The scientific/academic approach to changing your body, mind, and chemistry keeps me interested.

Still looking to nail down a regimen.......conflicted between starting strength type and the kind I've done over the years, traditional BB/Cardio. The latter definitely works, but maybe SS is the way to go? There's also Crossfit which I admire but haven't tried yet.
The (12 week) Daily Video Trainer (Kris Gethin) it's on bb.com. I needed a program that I didn't have to think about this time. LoL my brain needs a break.
Had to take some time off d/t depression and being sick, but I'm back on form now!! Doing the 12 week dvt and it ends on my birthday by coincedence so I can't have excuses. LoL :D
Oh sorrie me so naughty LOL yea wow it really is only Wednesday, you could have all the tacos you want and beer. Maybe not so unlimited, but you get the idea. Well you will have some wicked headaches but nothing different then being close to ketosis on Atkins.
Hey Joe I noticed you were on Atkins, might think of transitioning straight into Anabolic Diet. You get 30 grams of carbs a day, since you are already fat-adapted you could do a full on carb load on the weekend already. Just curious.
haha thats why im letting myself eat like normal on Thanksgiving bc thats a holiday and im not missing it for some stupid diet lol
so im just working really hard in the gym and being pretty strict on my diet lol so its all good :]
