I haven't been able to pound the pavement, but I've been doing some treadmill work. Each day is bringing me one step closer to recovery.... Thanks, and stay motivated. Joe

Thanks for asking, training is going well, other than my ankle injury, but it helps me to work on other muscle groups. Keep up the outstanding results and looking great. Take care, Joe.

Thanks man, I use a variety of training, with the common thread being change within each routine. Antoher plan is, I like to pick 10 different bicep and tricep exercises, do 5 tricep one day, 5 bicep the next, then the remaining 5 triceps, followed by the remaining 5 biceps. I found that using a variety of exercises is the key to building real application power.
