Sports and fitness have always been a major part of my life. Athletic performance and pushing myself to do more, has always kept me on track and focused.
Why I Love It:
Staying physically fit is a great means of releasing stress and staying mentally sharp.
After all, life is a sport, play hard and have fun.
How I Stay Motivated:
Setting new goals and shaking things up on a regular basis. As a CPT, I specialize in high intensity training, which keeps me and clients highly motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
5K in under 18:30.
Board Director for 2008 WS Police & Fire Games.
Mostly all personal goals and accomplishments, not much time for competitions these days.

So, its mid-April in Boise and it seems that spring is finally here. The long winter hibernation is over and it’s time to kick some @ss and get motivated. As I have been pounding the pavement over the past years, I always notice an increase of joggers during the spring; this also applies...
