When I Started:
How I Started:
I've always been involved in sports. I was in gymnastics really early on. During the seasons I also did soccer and baseball. Later I did some football and basketball too. In high school I ran cross country and track, while wrestling in the winter. Lifting has always been a part of my training. Now that I don't have any particular sports to play, bodybuilding has become the new focus.
Why I Love It:
I love challenging myself. Constant progress is always a goal. If you stop paddeling, your just floating down river.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm motivated mostly by stories. Reading how others started out or keep on going motivates me to keep on going.

Right now I have a pretty good base built up from years of sports. I really want to do some hard core fine tuning. Gaining some muscle would be really grea. The highest goal I have right now is to really get some abs to show, which would require dropping some bodyfat percentage. Once I get that, I'll be happy with what ever else comes my way.
