How I Started:
I was a fat kid, and I got tired of all the fat jokes. I played football and baseball, so I decided to get in shape to hit harder.
Why I Love It:
I punish myself in the gym to succeed in life. I truly believe that the discipline, mental toughness, and dedication required to push myself to my physical limits has made me a better person. I love the sting of sweat in my eyes, and the feel of fire in my muscles, its an addiction!
How I Stay Motivated:
"Whatever you are, be a good one" -Abraham Lincoln- "Nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal; nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong mental attitude." -Thomas Jefferson- I want to be the best firefighter and the best paramedic I can be. To be physically fit means I operate better in stressful situations. This is my means of motivation.
BB Accomplishments:
I never participated in bodybuilding. I was a Powerlifter, and qualified for the WABDL world bench and deadlift championships 2 straight years. I then switched to strongman, and then to firefighter combat challenges

Goal (Long):
I want to maintain a healthy life to help progress my career. I help people, and I want to be at the top fitness level I can be to function better in extreme circumstances. I also would like to keep participating in Firefighter Combat Challenges, and try and make it to the national championship.

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
None! I'm not a big fan of any supplements, in my opinion they aren't worth it. I look forward to eating a big meal after my workouts.
