How I Started:
I was a fat kid, and I got tired of all the fat jokes. I played football and baseball, so I decided to get in shape to hit harder.
Why I Love It:
I punish myself in the gym to succeed in life. I truly believe that the discipline, mental toughness, and dedication required to push myself to my physical limits has made me a better person. I love the sting of sweat in my eyes, and the feel of fire in my muscles, its an addiction!

I want to be the best firefighter and the best paramedic I can be. To be physically fit means I operate better in stressful situations. This is my means of motivation.
BB Accomplishments:
I never participated in bodybuilding. I was a Powerlifter, and qualified for the WABDL world bench and deadlift championships 2 straight years. I then switched to strongman, and then to firefighter combat challenges

Goal (Long):
I want to maintain a healthy life to help progress my career. I help people, and I want to be at the top fitness level I can be to function better in extreme circumstances. I also would like to keep participating in Firefighter Combat Challenges, and try and make it to the national championship.
