When I Started:
Nov, 2003
How I Started:
I was 14years old when I started working out. My sister Alycen who was 17years old when she started taking me with her. She was all-state soccer and track star. I can still remember her reping out 225pounds on bench 3or4reps. At the time I just wanted to something to do. Over the next two years I was there in the gym 4days a week. I started seeing results and I loved it. On January 1, 2004 my sister passed away. When school started back I went to war in the weightroom. By my senior year I was 5'9 185pounds, benching 300, Squating 405, Power Cleaning 255, Deadlifting 455. I lead my team in tackles my junior/senior(105,133).I made the All-Area football team as a Linebacker and singed to play for a Divison 1AA football(Morehead State University) as a Defensive Back. Have played 1year of semi-pro football.
Why I Love It:
Working out helps in anything you do. When you just destory people out on the field because you put yourself through the pain. Like when the girls want to kiss my biceps.lol. I have crohns disease and working out is helping me beat it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated very easily. Being number #1, stonger, bigger and faster is just Awesome. I just don't want to let my sister down.
BB Accomplishments:
I have done some powerlifting which I won my weight class in all three meets. I usually was in the 185pound class. I won the pound for pound award during two of the meets.
Pound for pound the strongest player on my high school football team. Junior/Senior year.

I know many bodybuilders who lack in the calves. No worries. Just keep training them hard in addition to everything else. Shoot me an email if you are interested in competing next year.
I heard that's a huge show. I know smaller venues are difficult to do in a day. If you want to upload a photo - look to the sidebar on the right, under the box, see 'edit profile picture' click on that, and you'll go to another page, should be easy after that. Yes it would be nice to say hello there
