Llevo algunas semanas pesando alrededor de 70 kg, ya no aumento de peso. Sin embargo, el crecimiento de 68 a 70 fue muy rápido a ritmo de 600grs por semana, libre de grasa. Este ritmo de crecimiento me parece muy adecuado.
El problema es que me he estancado en 70 kg, llego ya 3 semanas en...

Soy bien, y tu? I definitely agree squats are the best exercise for glutes. I'm trying to go heavier on squats so hopefully I can add more mass.
