I used to be a state ranked swimmer but was forced to stop because of an injury. I stopped working out all together for about a year but recently started up again.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel and look better. It's great for my mental health

self discipline and will power
BB Accomplishments:
I would to try to compete but I'm not sure how to go about it
I would really love to have an overall great body. I don't need to lose much weight but i really want to gain the muscle. My six pack is in the making but i want it to me defined. Also I would love to have toned/strong arms. I love working out my upper body yet i tend to neglect my legs so I want to learn great leg exercises. At one point I'd love to compete but for now I just want to have more energy, a better diet, and an excellent body.
So I've been working out and eating well for about a month now. I see improvements and I feel better but i'm not gaining or losing any weight. I really would like to lose some weight and gain some muscle but will it ever show up on the scale?
Monday-Friday: 1,000 crunches a day before school
Monday night: 2 mile swim
Saturday: 4 mile swim
Sunday: two hours at the gym, heavy weights less reps, 2 miles run
