How I Started:
I'v worked out off and on for about 5yrs. I always talked about getting serious but never did. I guess I finally had enough of being average and I really want to make some big changes.
Why I Love It:
Working out helps with stress as Im sure you all know, and for me it also helps with depression.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have kids and it's really important to me that they grow up to be healthy people, with a good quality life. If I want that for them I have live that type of life my self. Looking good and feeling good is also a BIG motivation but my kid's health is the bigger picture.
BB Accomplishments:
I really just want to be more athletic. It would be nice to not have to worry about what Im wearing and If it covers me up.
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
I have so much less stress and I feel better about my self.

I don't get frustrated as easy and Im not as lazy so I spend more quality time with them. It makes me happy to know that they will see how being healthy can make a person.
Wow, I haven't been on in a long time...I just started to take some dieat pill called xenadrine ultra. Ne-one everv tryed this and also did u like the end results?
You need carbs and if you burn them during a workout its not a big deal. Just dont let carbs turn into sugar is the key. I find if I have carbs one day, then limit liquids the next day it actuallys makes me tighter.
You have great reasons to be motivated and its awesome you are setting this example for your kids. That is what got me motivated to transform myself too. You are not far from accomplishing that goal! CV
