How I Started:
I have always had issues with self-image. First, I was too skinny, now I am too big! I honestly can’t say I got started. Although I have progressed, I still don't have the self-discipline I desire...until now. I recently looked at progress pics of one of the other members and I realized that I can do this! I am done making excuses! Look out because here I come!
Why I Love It:
It is a natural high.

OK, so I cheated a little on my diet today! I feel horrible about it. I had a very thin slice of cornbread and a serving of rice o roni. I know it may not be much, but I can't help but feel this my set me back. I am def not starving myself. I need to be on top of it tomorrow!

every thing is going good im still making progress it slowed down a bit but still making progress 51 lbs. So you write books tell me about that. And who was your trip, were you satisfied with your belly?

I know I cannot let it get me down, but it is easy for me. Thanks for the encouragement. I am back in the states and enjoying the new thinner me. I will be heading back to the desert in a few weeks. How goes your training. Don't give up on yourself, because I never will give up on you!!!!

You are making progress girl, keep at it. It took nine months for your pregnancy belly so it will take a while for your hot bod, so don't give up.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I am doing ok. The latest weightloss came mostly from the face and neck area, which changes my measurements and make my bodyfat go from 22% too 29%. I am discouraged but dealing with it!!!
