Just got to the point where I was ready to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
I have always been super lazy so for me, it's such a feeling of accomplishment when I finish a good workout. I'm feeling beat up but I know I'm making my health better and stronger.
How I Stay Motivated:
Oh man, I have stayed really motivated since finding this site. Talking to people everyday and reading articles. Seeing each others progress. Great motivators.
BB Accomplishments:
Starting, committing to and following through with my goals. Not met them all yet but well on my way.

One month after my daughter was born. I was at about 280 then.
I've been fat since I can remember. First or second grade. I've never been an "average" size adult. I remember weighing 130 pounds in the 6th grade. I don't know why that stands out but I've often wondered what I would look like at 130 now, though 145-150 is probably more reasonable for me. Still...sometimes feels like the night before christmas. You know, not knowing what's inside the package until you take off all the wraping. We'll see maybe this time next year.
I am just dropping by to wish you the best of the season and in hopes that your training and progress is going well. I look forward to talking with you in the New Year and finding out just how fantastic things are going. Remember, if there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance feel free to give me a yell as we can all use an extra person or two in our corner from time to time. Stay strong focused and determined.
Congratulations on the 22 lb loss Jo! I know it can be difficult at times, and the Lord always comes through when we need Him most. Hang in there sis. You're in my prayers, and pray for me as well. :) T
That's awesome Jo! 20 lbs is a big deal and don't let anyone tell ya it's not!! Just imagine 20lbs of fat all lumped together in a bag!! Yuck!! LOL! Anyway the point is that would be a pretty big bag. Great job JO!!
