How I Started:
After my senior year track season, I was tired of being the tall, scrawny guy. Soon after that I started going to the YMCA, lifting, and learning.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling after a good workout, and I love the change I've made to my body. Self improvement by itself makes me love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at my before and after pictures is a good one... but just the thought that I'm improving myself is a huge motivator.
BB Accomplishments:
Well in the 1 1/2 years or so since I've been lifting, I've gained almost 50 pounds of muscle-- not to mention an increase in speed, strength, and power.
