Latina-Wanda Hi Jose, don't know if I answered your recent message, but here it goes: Planks in all variations (turn off to the sides for the obliques), crunches with the medicine ball - in fact, try to do all sorts of ab work on the ball. Here's a great one - kneel down on mat with ball in front of you, place hand on ball as if u r about to do a push up on it but do not extend legs back, keep them bent with knees @ 90d angle, now lift knees slightly and hold for a minute. Do it 3x. Hope this helps! May 31, 2012 2:44am
