neutral grip is when your palms face each other. Half deads are deadlifts but you only go down a little past your knees. It's a little more complicated than just that but that's the jist of it!
sounds good, its all about body testing too right? like applying pressure to a limb and seeing if it gives or now to determine whether something is right for the body? or am i completely off the boil here?
Thank you too. Im working it. Its a killer, i will get there. It takes time. Your abs are sick. When I see veins, I know thats perfect work. Awesome Bro.
Nice work Jarvis. Real nice physique. Awesome definition on V shape back, shoulders and upper body. Nice ab work too. You are doing an awesome job bro. Keep up the good work.
I used it for my 2007 contest(pumping up backstage)...it worked great for that....I was full and vascular when I stepped onstage.....haven't used it for training on a daily basis...haven't trained since the contest in April, had shoulder surgery and it has been a slow healing ordeal, let me know how it works for you on a consistent basis....Thanks
i would suggest before you do the college thing check out a certification that fits you i personally like a.c.e and then as far as college you can take cources like anatomy and physiology great things to have under your belt if its something you want to do hows training coming along for you
My college degree is actually in business information systems - something totally unrelated to personal training! I did however take the ISSA personal training course and was certified through them.
