this was like...2 months into my crackkk at working out.
i was dieting pretty well, and working out on a regular basis, then hurt my Shoulda boyyyyyy
stay lean and active while my shoulder gets beddeh
Goal (Long):
Well kids, at the end of the day...when my shirt has to come off..i dont want to offend anyone! as far as out of control muscle, i really dont have the time that it requires to get that. my genetics arent that of a greek god so it takes alot of work to even get where i's at! haha as long as i dont look like a deflated ocean seal im good. peace

You're too young to have shouklder problems!! (lol) Mine hurts, so I had to stop hitting chest directly & it feels better. I had to stop doing back because it's getting too muscular!! I'm getting bored doing the same bodyparts all the time!! :)
