Here's a shot of my quads...just in case you were wondering...I'm gonna try to add another couple of inches b4 the show. I'm kinda smooth in this pic due to water retention.

This is me at 210lbs with pretty decent conditioning I'm going to try to stay around here untill my trainer tells me it's time to change things up. 16 weeks out.

This was taken yesterday after training back with Geno my trainer...he gave me a couple of pointers on how to hit this shot right...if you compare with the last one you can see a slight increase in the wing span.
