This was a very nice experience...all of the competitors and staff were extremely friendly and helpfu...it was a small class for the bodybuilding(mostly a fitness show actually)...but I felt happy with the win as I came to the show in shape...I also had a great time in the posing round..which counted for 10% of your score. Now that I have won a novice, I will be taking time off to make improvements and come back with more size,maturity, and better presentation |

I feel that this was my best showing regardless of my placing...the show was a niightmare,meaning everybody,including the novice class came to the show in shape..still need to bring up my back and chest to do major damage..i thought my conditioning was ok...could've been sharper and fuller...musclemania is coming so I'm trying to peek for that show,wish me luck

At this point I knew I was placing..I actually didn't want to do this show...but since I was in shape I did it. my confidence was up I knew I was 4th cause my back needed to come up. |

this was my second show...I felt alot more confident but the competition was alot stiffer. Was happy when I placed the judges really put us through our places at the pre judging. |
