Always worked out but started bodybuilding because of my competitive nature I've successfully competed in martial arts and felt it was time to take my physique to the next level
Why I Love It:
It's actually a family tradition, but It didn't come naturally for me,my body constantly challenges me to force it to grow...and I love a challenge so I keep training hard.
How I Stay Motivated:
By realizing that I have not began to touch my full potential...knowing that you have to work hard to see appreciable results
BB Accomplishments:
2006 golds classic light heavyweight novice 3rd place, eastern u.s.a's 4thplace light heavyweight novice, east coast bodybuilding championships 4th place, took 5th at the Atlantic states light heavyweight novice.

I wonder if I'm the only one that gets this..you train hard and diet hard for ten to twelve weeks, anxious eagerly anticipating that big day when u get to finally display all of your hard work, and compare your finishing product with everybody elses...then showtime comes, you do what you have...
COOL! I'm sure you are going to bring it! You already have some great size so i can't wait to see what you bring! I will be back to bulking after my September comp. I need to keep it under control though away from all the junk!
Man, right now I'm just working the day away and I eating my tail off in an effort to put more size on these legs of mine.
He he, you probably will do a lot better at the upcoming musclemania though. Well, unless out of nowhere 500 people all in top form enter all of a sudden. Then well, be prepared for a judging nightmare.
Hey Good luck with the comp - you're looking amazing! Love your vid, the prank one however was SO funny yet so NASTY I can't make up my mind on that one! :)
Thank you! I'm doing a regular bulk and trying not to compete until probably next March at the Arnold (yes, a big goal!). I just joined the gym this past week and loving it! Been training hard and eating on a regular bulk diet. Lets see what happens in a couple of months ;)
