Breakfast
- 3 egg whites

Snack 1
- Greek yogurt with Granola
- Nuts : almonds or mixed unsalted
Lunch
- salad mix: spinach, kale, chard
- 2 hardboiled eggs yolks removed

Snack 2
- hummus
- cucumber, peppers, broccoli
Dinner
Stir Fry

Right now I'm starting with a basic supplement program and trying to get as much nutrition as possible from planned clean eating.
In the morning:
- Progressive Vegegreens mixed with a shot of pomegranite juice / other antioxidant juice
- Fish Oil Capsul
- Cod Liver Oil
- MultiVitamin
- Iron
Pre-workout/During
- caffeine
- Mettle BCAAs
In the evenning/post-workout:
- New Zealand Whey Protein Isolate
- Fish Oil Capsul

Not Taking Life For Granted
I am motivated by knowing that there are many people out there laying in hosoital beds or sitting in wheel chairs just wishing that they could take one step, or people who are morbidly obese who would give anything to feel normal and healthy. Knowing this I cannot stand to be idle. I cannot take for granted the things that others struggle to do. I will push myself everyday to make sure that I do my body justice.
Jkohlsie Legs day with a double header of baseball in the snow yesterday + volunteering big bike for heart and stroke today. Safe to say.. i no move.
