My entire family has been in sports, and I'm no exception. I have been in many sports (soccer, ice-hockey, karate, and cycling). Ever since I was a small boy I have wanted to maximize my muscles. I saw many films with Arnold, and then I thought to myself: Enough only watching films and reading magazines. It's time to do something. For the first 3 years I trained in my home gym. Then I joined a gym named Universal Gym. Now I'm Mr. Czech, and it gives me motivation to work harder in upcoming years.
Why I Love It:
Because it makes me happy and very positive in other aspects of living. As a matter of fact I dont know why I love bodybuilding. Perhaps it's in me. I have it in my blood. I like to train, I like the pump, I like cooking, I like to compete, I like everything about it. So when Im in the gym, I'm in a heaven. And I can't imagine doing any other sport. Ill love bodybuilding forever.
How I Stay Motivated:
The biggest motivation are contests. Then my family, friends and all fans because they believe in me. When I win contest and look back what all I had to do to achieve it, I know it worth it. Its unbelievable feeling when only u stay on stage and know that u beat all the other guys and people calling your name.

use a 2+1 training system. It means two days on and one day off. I limber each part once in six days.
I don't have any workout plan. I never know which exercises I will do next time. Everyday, my training
is different. It is a very good way to keep my muscles in growing. You...
Congratulations for your results at MuscleMania 2009. Your strategy was indeed very good: to train like an animal and to gain a lot of kg during the first 10-12 weeks for your bulking period, then keep your gains and gain quality muscle b4 cutting as you can do so well. You were awesome on stage but your posig was not very good. How big were you on stage? Congratulations again :-)

Great body but now you have to shave the back and sides of your hair real short! Short hair really suits you and brings out your physique better! Nick
