Quit smoking, cut down drinking and wanted to change my weak, fat self. Got onto a TV program on the BBC called fantasy body, where I met Shawn Ray baby! Motivation? you bet ya!

This was in LA, when staying at Sunset Blv, prior to meeting the great shawn Ray. Free drinks eh? lovely. I know jack about diet and training. Not a thing, hence the skinny fat small guy you see here. Cool shades though!
Superset heavy cable pushdowns with close grip pressups (use a barbell on the floor with a plate either side). Sometimes, this combination is all I need to absolutely kill my tri's

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Some people over-do it and that can be intimmidating. However, if there is NO grunting whatsoever,you ain't working hard enough!
Currently working out on SPOT training (specific PROGRESSIVE overload trianing) program. It's hard on your CNS but is packing on the mass for me (so far so good).
