I went to jamie reeves' gym (Worlds Strongest Man) when I was 15 and thought it was the best thing I'd ever seen... Guys as big as trucks, absolutely massive guys who looked like they could kill you with a stare... but I was lazy, went to uni with a lot of drinking and a lot of parties but no excercise... just getting back on the wagon now after years! and years!

no one races me. i guess because once this guy tried, he sat down and kept pushing and pushing, and looked over at my RPm and i was at 135 and he was at 145... so i pointed to my level "10" and his level 1. he got up and walked away
i know what you mean. i do that too! like i look at the clock and if its been 10 minutes i keep telling myself, ok a third there! or if its less than five minutes i being a countdown.
