Just decided one day to get off my butt and step into the gym. Too many people want to get in shape, but they are too intimidated to take that first step.
Why I Love It:
In the gym, I am in my own world where I can escape for an hour or two a day.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at my "fat" pictures, and reminding myself why I do what I do.

I haven't written in a while. I have been frustrated lately, yet highly motivated at the same time. I am really happy with the way my arms, legs, and chest are toning up; but my abs are still hidden beneath the "spare tire". I know that I store my fat around my gut like the hump on...

I'm doing 45 min of HIIT 2x a week and 45 min of 65% Max HR 2x a week. This has been working great for me when added to 6 days of lifting. Best of luck.
