I was at 183lbs and added way too much fat during a bulk.

whats up jimmy hows it goin. 31m here from ny .would like to ask ya a few questions if ya dont mind. im about 5'10 200lbs ( have come a long way from 252). yes i have lost alot of body fat but still need to lose them love handles and lean out my chest. ive been stuck at 200ish lbs for little over month anything you suggest? i tell ya gettin rid of that spare tire without getting too skinny seems impossible . my body type is similar to yours keep up the good work urself brother vinny

Great to hear from you bro. And I am always proud that you are proud by my progress. I've got nothing but respect for you man. You're a good friend. As far as the board goes, I agree 100%. Although I am happy that Team Scivation is getting a lot more popular which in turn helps Marc, Chuck and Derek out a lot. It is however sucky for us, who have been there since the begining. But meh.
