How I Started:
Used to lift weights as a kid with my friends and we would save up or money and buy new equipment for or gym (in my garage) it would be from 90-20 degrees and we would still workout no matter what no real diet plan except to eat mc donalds and drink pop maybe a pizza post workout and that is how it all began.
Why I Love It:
Seeing all the diffrent people on body space and seeing their physiques how i would like to look someday. Its almost become an addiction I love improving my self and watching myself grow into what i want to become.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking on bodyspace at all of the people where i want to be in a few years. Watching workout videos.
Everything is going great with the extreme mass kit from cellucor gaining mass and strenght has greatly improved just wanted to let everyone what was up.

For my workout i usually switch it up every week from pyramids and rep ranges 4-6 to lighter like 8-10 or 12-15.
As for the workouts usually stick with the basics like squats and bench press but use a variety of equipments like cables and machines but mainly free weights because i feel i...
if its in the budget I always do...sometimes I occassionally skip the weekends when I keep my caffeine lower. Also, if its a budget issue just take 2 caps of Kre-alkalyn on off days, and rock M5 on workout days, and any day you feel extra flat, and or sluggish.

hey bro..i workout in the mornings also..I usually get up, have breakfast an hour before training and then have NO and M5 combo 30 mins before I hit the iron.
