How I Started:
I have been interested in lifting weights since high school. I have been fairly strong; however, for the last eight months I have been more consistent than ever.
Why I Love It:
I like being strong. I want to be stronger.
How I Stay Motivated:
My two sons (4 & 2 years old). I want to be able to enjoy them as they get older, and them me.

650 for one rep is a PR for me. The second rep is just gravy. As easy as 650 went up I think I have at least 680 in me, maybe more. But it will be awhile until I try that much. I was supposed to go for 610 x...
Yeah, unloading and reloading 6 plates off the squat bar yourself must be a pain, but you'll be getting no sympathy from me! In fact, in my day, we would have to pour, cool, grind and paint the plates our selves! For each SET! And we'd have to carry them UPHILL for 6 MILES just to GET to the gym!
Thanks for your comment .They got big when I was in 9th grade and the genetics where good in the area.Ive always trained heavy and doing bardips ,tricep pushdowns ,kickbacks and french presses .For Biceps various barbell curls and preacher DB curls on and reverse curls and wrist curls to kepp my lower arm big as well.a 90% bench.
