This is what laid me out before I started to get back in shape. Stage 4 cancer, I had 17% chance of living before all the chemo and surgeries. Its been a long bumpy road...

About 6 months after cancer had ended I gained too much weight back. from 168 to 227 Severe atrophy, no strength, overweight. This is when I started to get motivated to be healthy again.

Progress is slow. Mostly diet is a problem, but so is motivation. Who am I kidding, there is not diet...

A little while after the gym. Worked off a lb. Making progress trimming up, but trying to take in more protein. Bicep/Tricep day.

Need to gain muscle on arms with Bi's and Tri's. Need to define lats and trim stomach down. Need some shoulders BIG TIME!

CONCENTRATING ON WORKING ON CHEST SHOULDERS AND BACK MORE. SUMMER IS OVER, TIME TO PUT ON MASS AND LIFT HEAVY!
