Hey big guy. Still planning on Emerald cup this year. I'll definitely be there. I'm no where close to competing, it will takes a few more years of work. I just gotta stay diciplined. Looking great bro. Poor on the thickness!

Best of luck to ya. You will be competing against some friends of mine. One of them came in 3rd this year, he had better symmetry and seperation, but 1st and 2nd place had 20+ more lbs on. MASS is what usually degines the winner @ Emerald Cup. Tear it up!

I am training hardcore for the next 3 weeks until Memorial Day. About 25 of my friends and I have big plans on a lake and I want to look and feel my best.

Chesticles are getting a little tight today. I want to increase a little and throw up 335lbs by Mem Day.
As far as today goes; If we can even wave "hello" to people after we are done, then we didn't do enough. Its on!

Thanks. Progress is a pain for sure! Competition status is not for me. I love the bad food too much, but I can take long breaks from the temptations.
My wife has gone to the gym maybe 6 times so far with me. We are experimenting on what supps will kick start her into getting fucused.
