How I Started:
Too many years of not taking care of my self hit me when I had my Body fat tested and hit 38%. I decided becoming fit would allow me to keep up with my son and be around for him for may years to come.
Why I Love It:
It challenges me and make me push harder to get to my goals. When I put on my headphones, turn up the music and start lifting. I feel like I am in the best place. No cell phone to ring and no emails to worry about.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I am not traveling, it is not that difficult. I do travel a good bit but being a member of peak, does allow me to use thier facilities across the state. Now, just looking in the mirror and wanting more also helps.
BB Accomplishments:
Down to 15% body fat!!!!!!!!!!!
May not sound like much to a lot of people but this puts me over half way to my first goal.
Also went over 500 on leg press.

Goal (Long):
I was always the skinny kid growing up and then due to my own self control, bad eatting habits and poor lifestyle I lost control. I was smoking and did not care about my body. One day I woke up and looked in the mirror and said that I will not accept a size 40 waist.
I have always wanted to look like a bodybuilder and thought there was a magic pill that you could take an not work hard.
I have always been know as someone that won't let something go and that I accomplish what I set my mind too.
I know I can do this and transform my body and my health.

Wassup!! Awsome job. For your chest.. u might want to try incline bench press, incline dumbell press, and incline dumbell fly's. That's what worked for me. As for abs, well, i'm still trying to figure that one out too. lol.. Good luck with obtaining your goals.
