Ferrar
Ferrar Hey Jim, I just started your shortcut to shred program, which is awesome by the way, and I just had a question about the dosing and timing before the workout. I usually go to the gym in the afternoon around 11am or 12pm and you say on your program that I should dose three times before my workout. Do I need to take three or can I get by on two since I go to the gym earlier then the program seems to be catered for. If I need to take three doses then how long should I wait in between doses? skullguitar666 Hey Jim I'm starting your program on Monday the 18th. I was wondering, what supplements can I get away with NOT using during the plan? I'm on a pretty limited budget so obviously can't afford everything. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Greg Mar 15, 2013 10:54am

w_kopycki
w_kopycki @jruby : i think the answer is "it depends". According to the section on Microcycles "You will up the weight between each microcycle, but there are various factors that determine weight increases. Those with high muscular endurance won't add that much more weight. Those with high muscle strength may add more weight to each set." http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/shortcut-to-size-microcycles.html Jan 7, 2013 12:51pm

jruby55 Question about your Shortcut to size program. Should I add weight each set, or just keep the same weight to reach the rep range. I understand increase weight weekly and through the cycles. Just not sure from set to set. Thanks, Jan 5, 2013 7:41am

aaylee
aaylee Hey Jim, recently started your 12 week shortcut to size program. Just a little worried about the diet, is it safe to get so much of my protein intake from the protein powder like you've recommended? I counted 6 scoops in the recommended diet... I've noticed foamy pee, and now my tongue is sore from one side, and I'm only on the 4th day of the first microcycle, first week... any insight/ tips are most welcome... Aug 31, 2012 10:20am

El4Ray Jim, FYI. - I only been working out for a year and half and followed Chris gethin and deriks programs. I just finished your program and had the best results. What do you recommend after your program? If I rerun it again what changes should I make? Thanks Aug 2, 2012 9:02am
