How I Started:
I was fat, and my roomate in college constantly reminded me,lol. "yur posture is HORRIBLE," hahaha things like that he'd say to me. He was big but had no desire to lose weight. I on tha other hand looked in tha mirror one day and was saddened by the way i looked. 6'2" and 260 pounds, totally out of shape. I hadnt played an organized sport since my junior year of high schoo so i was in bad shape. High blood pressure, out of shape, bad posture, and the desire to have a great body is what pushed me to get started weightlifthing.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel happy. Seeing the results now, im glad i started when i did. The gym is my happy place....jus because:)
How I Stay Motivated:

Goal (Long):
What I'm basically trying to do is get more lines. I have an idea of what i'd like to look like, as long as i get the look I'm aiming for i could really careless how much i weigh, unless it was something CRAZY like 290 or something,lol.
-Get ma arms bigger
-Widen my back more
-Get my stomach nice and sexy

I still have a membership there. I train him on Saturdays still. Not sundays though.
Ha ha, I don't train at that LA Fitness though. Since I moved away from Marietta to Alpharetta, I've been going to lifetime fitness mostly. I think I keep the LA Fitness membership around just for meeting up with people.
How's school since thats where you been? When you out anyway? Sicne I've known you, you've been in school.
haha.. thanks alot bro. I do mostly dumbell press for "mass".. but I really focus on lateral raises. I feel those have helped me put on size while getting some def out of them too.

The Arnold was so much fun! Training is a little interrupted from a car accident I had on 2/1 - I am still in physical therapy, but am trying my best not to let it set me back too far. and yourself - how are you?
