The bicep is ok( not great)but the injury is going to be the end of my powerlifting career.

My biggest piece of advice is eat to be big. Supplements are great but nothing beats real food. Steak, chicken, potatoes ect. A good weight gainer like XXL from ABB is good also.

Actually I can still do a standing back handspring. I won some money a while back. Of course I had been drinking a little.
