I saw a picture of Dave Draper doing weighted chins on the cover of "Muscle and Fitness" magazine at a drug store.
Why I Love It:
It's great fun to watch my progress every workout -- each rep, each set, and each workout means growth and change.

Jim Davisupdated Fit Status "I managed to add 20 lbs. of lean muscle in 14 weeks. I'm going to add mass till January, then start cutting for a July show."
Well, I managed to get from 228 at 16.4% to 253 at 17.8% in fourteen weeks. Let's see what happens next!
Goal (Long):
I want to build enough muscle by January that I'll have some left after I finish cutting down for the Masters-Over 50 class at the L.A. Bodybuilding Champtionships in July.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 12 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
