I was out of shape in high school and started working out. I had a good plan going until I decided to move away from home and transfer colleges. I let things get ahead of me and gained 55lbs. I've now adjusted to life away from home and I'm ready to get back on track.
Why I Love It:
It's a great feeling starting your day already exercised, showered and ready for the day.
How I Stay Motivated:
I make a plan and just do it.
I don't make excuses or think about things, I just execute.

This was taken at the beginning, when I weighed 270. It was time to make a change.
Progress is slow and measurements are virtually unchanged. However, I think my midsection is looking smaller.
Get down to around 200lbs while increasing my cardio stamina and maintaining muscle mass.
Someday I'd like to totally eliminate my gut, as well as be able to run 5 miles on a daily basis, outdoors, shirtless.
I got down to 227 by Feb., where I could lose no more
I put on muscle for a few weeks in March, ~10lbs gain
I began cutting again and got to 222, where I could lose no more.
Obviously, my bulk had an effect. It allowed me to lose an additional 5lbs. But,...
Hey! How are you? I am doing ok. The holidays did not set me back. Just having a tough time squeezing in workouts now that finals are starting. But my new thing is no more excuses. Today i already worked out and the diet is going well. How are you and your goals?
Things are going okay - Thanksgiving didn't set me back at all actually (oddly enough, holidays aren't my worst time when it comes to overindulging). How's it going for you?
Things are going ok. School is kickin my butt! What's new right? I am just trying to get the numbers on the scale match the work i put in. But aren't we all-lol.
Ouch! A sprained foot. That's no fun. Sorry to hear about that. Well at least you are staying active! Me? I am ok. Just stressed over school, plus i have grad school interviews this Thursday. But the workouts are good, so that's a plus ;)
I'm jealous, i wish i could have been on vacation. I've been in school for a month now and i am ready for a break already (that's not a good sign huh?)-lol. Well i glad to hear you're doing well ;) Take care!
