After running consistently for a few years I wanted to add weight training to tone up.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel...I love watching my body change for the better. The look of a toned body with definition is the best!!

I bought a treadmill and am soooo happy I did! Nothing better than  just walking down into the basement to get that fasted cardio done.  I don't have to worry about going to the gym in this freakin' cold and worrying if there will be one available.  I NEEEED my cardio right now.  I faced...

I think finding Balance is one of THE hardest things to do right now too! I'm working sooo much and hitting the gym...but i'm neglecting spirit right now and not getting in meditation time or just total quiet time...and i'm starting to feel that! OHHH its all about balance!
