How I Started: I've been dieting and working out since college. Never really stuck to anything but wasn't really worried about my body- it was always curvy and around 140 lbs. I got married, got divorced and PARTIED to much. Drinking, eating fast food and getting a desk job really hurt.
I started dating a guy who didn't drink, ate clean 99% of the time and loved it and worked out like a fanatic. Sports and health is his life. I loved the way he looked and we started working out together December 2006. I kept it up for a good 9 months till I got a new job that required 80 hour weeks, the job took a toll on my relationship, my body and my health.
I'm sick of not feeling great, I'm sick of squeezing into jeans that used to fit and I'm NOT READY TO GET FAT! I'm ready to get back to it, I'm only getting older and time is not on my side!
So, I'm at an embarrassing 165 lbs- I checked today. It can only get better right!?
I was on a great streak in the 130 lb area- I need to get back there and keep working at it. I want to see muscle in my arms, I want to see it in my legs and back. I really want to see it in my abs. Thats gonna be the killer!

Goal (Short): To look better then I ever have before. Firm and Fit!
Goal (Long): I want to fit into size 5 jeans, I want to be able to wear tank tops and have my arms look firm and fit, I want to wear a bikini (something I've NEVER felt I could) and not be nervous that my stomach looks fat or my thighs are to big. I want my man to be proud that I'm taking a healthy approach daily to my life. Some day I want to be able to have kids and teach them to live healthy- by example.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
I would like to show them my before pictures and then show them ME! afterwards. Thats what keeps me going- I'm still a before.
