Whats up man? You had a great log and some great progress! Just wondering where you stand now.I joined the site late & have recently started an epistane log of my own(not as detailed as yours). If you don't mind me asking what was your total gains/loss on your cycle & has everything been good since?
Anyway thanks man hope all is well.
awesome well just keep at it man.. and remember to start taking pictures weekly so u can see your progress even more... also the cleaner your diet is the more results you will reap from what your doing... just keep motivated you'll make it
awesome glad to hear it.. its crazy how just little changes make a world of difference.. if you need anything make sure to hit me up ill help anyway possible
I'm trying out a new recomp diet right now so when you are all finished with your current stack hopefully I will have reaped some decent results in body fat reduction. I'll def post it for ya. Good luck with the new year
Thanks! lol! yeah I wish it was that easy to do it as I did it on photoshop! just cut it out out! lol! You're doing great yourself I definitely see a difference!!! :D
hey bro.. i see you've been making progress but not really what u wanted.. if you end up wanting any help with your diet let me know.. i think from looking at your log you would make some crazy changes in your body composition if you had diet dialed in better
You are doing great and if you really want to achieve your fitness goals maybe sooner than you thought possible I recommend you look into the 12 week Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. It is not easy and you will need to challenge yourself but I believe the results will be well worth the effort. Let us know if you would like more info.
