Starting STRONG for 2012!

Background
Well, I'm starting today (11/25/11). I had my son on 05/25/10, and have been slacking since. I've done some cardio, some calorie reduction, but nothing really to get into "SHAPE". I'm what you call Skinny Fat, and I'm sick of it. ****Update**** I actually didn't start on 11/25. I kind of gave up because of the holidays and all (can we say really bad idea??). Now, on 1/10/2012 I'm ready to put last year behind me and put 125% into my program. I've got some serious goals I'm working towards this year and I know that if I work hard, I can achieve them.
Well, It's still new to me. So I'll update when I find out. :)
